My name is Janice Baldwin. I have been a Realtor since 1998. I am married with 3 wonderful children. My son Dakota is 13 and in the 8th grade. My daughter Sierra is 6 and in the first grade. My youngest son Cameron is 2 years old!

Along with selling real estate, I have been a board member of my son`s PTO and have coached his baseball team for several years. By being a member of the Walton Barrow Board of Realtors I serve on many committee and participate in many community service activities like the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

My area of expertise is single family homes. Both resale homes as well as new construction. I work with first time home buyers and families selling their home to upgrade to a larger home.
